I/we plan to attend the CGA Gathering and the 73rd Victoria Highland Games and will check out on 23 or 24 May

I/we will or will not have a vehicle and can provide transportation for additional members during the gathering and /or during the games

BANQUET

Banquet Choices. Please check the entree you wish: White Wine Poached Wild Salmon Fillet, roasted pepper ragout, crispy leeks & sweet corn emulsion (insert number here ); or Stuffed Chicken Supreme with fontina cheese & sauteed leek stuffing, roasted pear chutney, natural jus (insert number here ). All dinners include: Roasted squash bisque and nutmeg creme fraiche (appetizer) and Dark chocolate fleur de sel tart with creme chantilly, seasonal fruit, and port syrup (dessert).

REGISTRATION

Number of attendees: X $100 Registration Fee = Total amount included (please make checks payable to Clan Galbraith Association or pay via PayPal online with major credit card at the CGA website). This fee includes Welcome Reception, Pub Night, Transportation and Entrance Fees to Butchart Gardens and Hatley Castle, and Banquet with Entertainment.

All registration forms and fees must be received by 1 April.

After you submit this registration form, you will be given a choice of paying by check via mail to Joyce Higginbotham, or paying online via PayPal with a major credit card.
