There are three different rate structures for membership, based on the location of the member's residence and whether our Red Tower journal is received by postal mail or by download from the association website "Members Only" area.

• Option 1: All members who download their Red Tower from our website pay the lowest membership rate. Click on the "All Who Download" link.
• Option 2: US and Canada members receiving it by postal mail pay a higher rate to account for printing and mailing costs. Click on "US and Canada Hardcopy" link.
• Option 3: Overseas members who receive it by postal mail pay a higher rate than option 2, to account for the additional mailing cost to locations outside of North America.
